Prevention Center
HHl's Prevention Center offers an array of community and school-based programs to promote the development of healthy lifestyles in children, adolescents and families. Our research-based programs offer proven results and address issues facing today’s community members including bullying, substance use, mental health awareness, and suicide prevention. Through our programs, participants build skills that promote resiliency, informed decision-making and good health habits to maximize individual potential.
Our Prevention Specialists partner with local schools, municipalities, task forces, law enforcement, juvenile justice, and other community groups to coordinate and strengthen available community resources for our youth and their families.. Summer and school-break camps for at-risk youth offer skill building in a fun environment for youth of all ages.
