Defining Mental Health:
Understanding Key Concepts
"Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)"
PSR helps people with mental health conditions improve their quality of life, regain lost skills, and participate in their community. PSR uses a variety of techniques, including therapeutic interventions, vocational training, and social reintegration programs.
PSR uses strategies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and problem-solving to help people develop communication and emotional regulation skills. Psychosocial Rehabilitation can help people build social connections and create a network of ongoing social support.
