Current medical insurance is provided through a series of Priority Health options from which our team members may select the option that best fits their needs. Other key benefits programs include dental (Delta Dental) and vision (VSP) insurances. Security programs such as short-term disability, long term disability and life insurance benefits programs are also provided. A wide array of voluntary benefits are also available to our team members: Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal Plan & Identity Protection benefits are very popular. Hegira offers all team members access to immediate contributions to Hegira’s 403(b) Savings Plan. Following one year of service, Hegira contributes 5% of compensation earned per pay into our team member’s 403(b) account.
